Automations

Limits, dry runs & history

Cap what automations trade, test a strategy first and review what it did.

Daily automation limit

A hard cap, per token, on what strategies may trade in any 24 hours: a maximum bought in the token’s trading currency and a maximum sold as a share of supply. Set it from the Daily automation limit card at the top of the strategies list.

  • If a strategy would go over the limit, nothing is traded and every automation on the token is paused. You see this in the card, in notifications and in the activity log.
  • Usage frees up as trades fall out of the 24-hour window. Changing the limit clears a trip. Paused strategies stay paused until you resume them.
  • Your own manual trades, launches and migrations are never limited.

Dry run

Every new strategy form has a Dry run. It replays the settings against the token’s recent real trades and shows each trade it would have made on the price line, with bought, sold, estimated fees and the net result. Nothing is signed or sent.

Strategy history

The History button on any strategy shows the trades that strategy placed, what it bought and sold, and its realized P&L (based on the average cost of what it bought).
