Wallets overview
Wallet roles, the wallets page and what you can do with wallets.
Wallets are the accounts Printer launches and trades with. Keys stay on Printer’s servers. You manage the wallets, move funds between them and see their balances.

Wallet roles
| Role | Used for |
|---|---|
| DEV | Deploys the token and makes the developer buy. One per project. |
| TRADE | Buys at launch and does the day-to-day trading and automations. |
| FINAL | A trade wallet that takes over after a position is migrated. Treated exactly like TRADE. |
| MEV | A launch helper wallet on chains that use it. One per wallet set. |
| FUNDER | Holds the native currency that gets distributed to the other wallets. |
| PROXY | pump.fun launches: managed by the launch while it distributes the opening buy. Withdraw only. |
| HOP | Solana hop funding: managed by the launch, shown on its own shelf in Wallets (Managed by the launch). Withdraw only. |
To change a role, select the wallet and choose Type. The wallet takes the name of its new role, so Trade 03 becomes Dev, and the page always shows what each wallet is. Undo is offered for a few seconds.
Some roles only exist on chains or launches that need them, so you may not see them all. Wallets marked Managed by the launch show their balance and can be withdrawn from, but cannot be retyped, deleted or traded.
Finding your way around
- All wallets lists every address on the chain once, with its balance, where it is used, how many launches it took part in and where it came from. Filter by role or search by address, name or folder.
- Folders are reusable wallet sets you prepare before a launch. See Folders.
- Launch wallets shows the wallets that belong to each launch.
Working with wallets
Select wallets to reveal actions for them: assign a role, move them to a folder, distribute or collect funds, or delete them.
When your plan includes wallet import, Import wallets adds trade wallets to a token or folder from private keys or a wallet file. Paste EVM hex keys, or on Solana a base58 secret key or a solana-keygen JSON array ([12,34,…], the contents of an id.json). No funds or tokens are moved.
